Diena Noviarini is Working with the Ministry of Research and Technology as Part of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia. She is A Lecturer in the Public Sector Reform Program, which is ISO 9001:2008 and a Researcher at the State University of Jakarta, Indonesia, since 2008 and Granted 15th Year of Profession Badge from the Indonesian Government, respectively. Her Accomplishments include – Graduate and Member of Young Leader Programme JICA 2010, The Indonesian Ministry of Research and Technology’s Grant Year 2017, The Chair Associate of SICSSAM Korean Conference 2017, & the Indonesian Ministry of Research and Technology’s Grant Year 2024 and the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in Public Society Devotion Grant Year 2024.

Seetha Sagaran is a Personal Development and Lifestyle Consultant, Trainer and Motivational Speaker with a background in English, Psychology, Counselling (including Crisis & Trauma Counselling, UK, Hypnotherapy, Metaphor Therapy and Teaching Children with Special Needs (UK). She is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) from The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (USA) and a Distinguished Toastmaster (D.T.M.) from Toastmasters International (U.S.A). In 2020, she launched her customised online personal and professional mentoring program, "The Nankurunaisa Mentoring Program". Seetha co-authored the motivational book "Your Dose of Motivation" in 2020; she shared some lessons from her life and attempted to simplify the concept of self-motivation. As a co-author of the motivational book "Women Who Inspire", published in 2021, she has elaborated on the importance of mentors in life and the positive impact mentors can make. She also co-authored the 2021 book of short stories, "Sagas of Destiny"; the same year, she co-authored an anthology of poems, "Reverie". In 2022, she co-authored a published book on leadership, "We Are Leaders – Expressions & Experiences". In 2023, she co-authored an anthology of poetry, "Desert Storms", to commemorate the 51st National Day of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E). In November 2023, her second co-authored book on leadership, "Rise and Shine – The Power of Togetherness", was published. In 2024, her third co-authored anthology of poetry, titled "Smonday", was published in April. She is co-authoring an anthology of short stories due for publication in 2025 titled “Shadows n Light”.

Dr. Oleg Pavenkov
Affiliation: Associate Professor, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India
Topic: The Nature of Artificial
Intelligence and Human Personality: Psychological and Anthropological Aspects
Dr Oleg Pavenkov holds a PhD in Philosophy with a specialisation in the philosophy of culture and philosophical anthropology from Leningrad State University (2013), and a Doctorate in Theology from the Pontifical Oriental Institute (2017). He also holds a Master’s degree in English Applied Linguistics from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2016) and a Specialist degree with distinction in Sociology from Saint Petersburg State University. With extensive academic experience, Dr Pavenkov previously served as an Assistant Professor of Social Sciences at the University under the Interparliamentary Assembly of EurAsEC. Before this, he held teaching and research positions at the Saint Petersburg State Institute of Cinema and Television, where he served as Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer in Social Sciences from 2011 to 2022. His early career also included roles as a researcher at the Faculty of Sociology, Saint Petersburg State University, and as a social sciences teacher at Secondary School No. 681 in St. Petersburg. Dr Pavenkov’s research interests lie in the ethics of artificial intelligence, philosophical anthropology, and the intersection of culture, ethics, and technology. His scholarly work reflects a deep engagement with contemporary ethical issues shaped by technological advancement and cultural change.
